At KarigianoCraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Payment Security

We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

All online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers using industry-standard encryption technologies.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirming the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrect items delivered

If you need a different size or color, please contact our support team to check product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
